Justin Amirian directs Eagle Point’s investment strategy and execution, with a focus on complex, distressed, and special situation real estate transactions, including foreclosure- and bankruptcy-related investments. He has led the acquisition, origination, restructuring, and disposition of more than $1.5 billion of real estate assets and financings.
Prior to forming Eagle Point, Mr. Amirian served as Executive Vice President of Special Situations and Distressed Acquisitions at Delshah Capital, where he oversaw distressed and restructuring investments for five years. In that role, he was responsible for developing and implementing investment and legal strategy and served as an in-house legal resource across underwriting, transaction execution, and asset management.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Amirian was an attorney in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he worked on large-scale corporate Chapter 11 restructurings.
Mr. Amirian earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Mary Day Scholar and published author. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Dartmouth College.

David Amirian leads development activities for Eagle Point Properties and brings over 25 years of experience in construction and real estate development across New York City. He has overseen a wide range of projects, including ground-up developments, condominium conversions, asset repositionings, and townhouse conversions.
Over the course of his career, David has managed more than 500,000 square feet of development and redevelopment projects representing over $500 million of capitalization, with responsibility spanning planning, construction oversight, and execution.

Jason Amirian has over 15 years of experience in New York City residential sales and rentals. He has consistently ranked among the top producers at Douglas Elliman, including earning a Top 10 producer designation and ranking #3 firmwide for rentals in 2023 and #4 in 2022.
Jason is known for his straightforward, honest approach to advising clients, with a focus on clearly explaining the advantages and disadvantages of buying or renting and helping clients understand their options. He emphasizes transparency and education so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.

Adam Chud is a senior investment professional with experience investing across distressed and opportunistic real estate credit and equity opportunities in public and private markets. At Eagle Point, he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and executing investments across the capital structurehouse conversions
Prior to joining Eagle Point, Adam was a senior investment professional at Triangle Capital Group, where he invested in distressed and special situation real estate credit and equity, including CMBS and other structured products. He previously held senior investment roles at Republic Capital Partners and Morgan Properties and served as a Vice President in Distressed Corporate Credit Trading at BNP Paribas.
Following business school, Adam was a founding partner of Capstone Equities Capital Management, a top-decile performing manager, where he invested in and managed distressed and special situation credit and equity investments across public and private markets in the U.S. and Western Europe.
Adam holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, where he graduated cum laude with honors in Accounting.
